Novelist and filmmaker Caroline Farrell

Caroline Farrell is a writer and filmmaker from Dublin, Ireland. She is the author of the novels ARKYNE, STORY OF A VAMPIRE (2015) and LADY BETH (2017) winner of an Eric Hoffer Award 2019 (Mystery/Thriller Category) and ‘Best Novel’ at The Carousel Aware Prize Awards 2017. In 2018, Caroline wrote and directed the short film FRAMED, winner of ‘Best Short Horror Film’ at the Underground Cinema Film Festival 2019.

She is also the screenwriter of ADAM [2013] and the multi-award winning IN RIBBONS [2015], the only Irish short film to screen at the ‘Women Deliver Global Conference’ in Copenhagen in 2016. She has had several short stories published and has won screenwriting awards including ‘The Atlantis Award’ for Best Feature Screenplay at the 2011 Moondance Film Festival, USA, and Best Screenplay at the Fantasmagorical Film Festival USA in 2015. Caroline has also had several short stories published and is currently working on her next novel.
